The two large monuments located in the precincts of Kanpukuji Temple are known as representative itabi in the middle of the Kamakura period, and were designated as a national historic site in 1928.

The plate monument inscribed in the 2nd year of Bun’o (1261) has a seed called Kiriku, which represents Amida Nyorai, and a lotus seat, which is large and deeply carved in Yagen, and in the lower half, Amitabha triad. The iconography is engraved.

The 1265 inscription on the monument has an iconography of the Jizo Bodhisattva with a side samurai engraved on the rock seat in the center, and more than 20 people with the Amida issue centered on the chronogram at the bottom. The person’s name is engraved.
